Purple Multi Fringe Trim

This trim is available now through our Etsy store:

This multi fringe trim is so soft and colourful! It first appears as purple, but with a closer look there are individual threads of purple, blue and yellow giving a touch of rainbow colour.

The threads in the fringe are quite close together so you don’t need to have more than one layer to get a good covering, but also looks great with more than one layer to give your creation a thick soft fringe.

Ideas!
There are so many things you can do with this fringe!

Add it to the bottom of a handbag

Use it as fringe around the edge of a lamp shade, cushions or pillows

Make it the feature as a hem of a skirt or cuffs on a jacket

Layer it even more! The heading is wide enough that you can sew the bottom part of the heading of one layer onto the top part of the heading of a layer underneath it and display the fringe in a cascade.

Don’t forget you can cut it shorter as well. So if you think it’s slightly too long for cuffs or any other creation you can cut it down to size, or experiment and cut a zig zag edge for an entirely different look again!

The image above shows both sides of the multi fringe trim. While there is a right side (bottom) and a wrong side (top) it can be used either way, which is great as the wrong side shows a bit less purple and a bit more blue and yellow, so you can experiment to get even more effects!

This fringe is 35mm tall, with the fringe being 28mm tall and the top heading a nice 7mm for you to connect to your creation.

We currently have 10 meters in stock, and sell by meters rather than yards (1 meter = 40 inches). We are selling in lots of 5 meters, but if you would like less or an amount not multiplied by 5 please send us a convo through Etsy and we’ll reserve the amount you need ASAP.

Don’t forget that if you buy this trim from us and use it in one of your creations (either a personal creation or one you are selling on Etsy) you can promote it through the Alt Fabrics Blog!
